Private Mediation

Private mediation offers a more flexible and controlled approach to resolving disputes without the delays, expense, and uncertainty of litigation. The process is confidential, structured, and focused on reaching practical agreements that work in real life; not just on paper.

Why Choose Private Mediation

  • Resolve disputes faster than traditional litigation
  • Maintain control over outcomes
  • Reduce legal and emotional costs
  • Preserve personal and professional relationships
  • Keep matters private and confidential

Pre-Mediation Coaching

For clients who want to be better prepared before entering mediation. This helps clarify goals and priorities, develop a negotiation approach, organize key issues and documents, and reduce escalation and improve communication.

Pre-Litigation Mediation

Our Pre-suit mediation service offers a confidential, cost-effective way to resolve civil and family law disputes before formal litigation. Through guided negotiation, we help parties reach mutually agreeable solutions, saving time and reducing legal costs.

Civil Civil Mediation

Civil Civil Mediation

Civil cases encompass a range of issues, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, property disputes, HOA conflicts, business disputes, employment issues, and construction issues. It offers benefits, such as greater control than court proceedings.

Family Mediation

Civil Civil Mediation

Family matters such as divorce, property division, child custody, support, and visitation involving married and unmarried individuals. It provides a non-adversarial, informal process that encourages open communication and cooperation between parties.

Court-Appointed Mediation (Florida)

We serve as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in court-ordered and court-referred cases throughout Florida. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice, advocacy, or representation to any party. Cases are conducted in accordance with Florida court rules and procedures.

How Court Mediation Works

  1. The court issues an Order of Referral to Mediation
  2. A mediator is appointed or selected by the parties
  3. Mediation is scheduled in compliance with court deadlines
  4. The mediation session is conducted
  5. A mediation report is filed with the court

What to Expect

  • All parties must attend mediation
  • Participants must have full authority to settle
  • The process is confidential under Florida law
  • Mediation is conducted in accordance with applicable court rules
  • Fees and scheduling may be governed by court order
