Court-Appointed Mediation (Florida)
We serve as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in court-ordered and court-referred cases throughout Florida. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice, advocacy, or representation to any party. Cases are conducted in accordance with Florida court rules and procedures.
How Court Mediation Works
- The court issues an Order of Referral to Mediation
- A mediator is appointed or selected by the parties
- Mediation is scheduled in compliance with court deadlines
- The mediation session is conducted
- A mediation report is filed with the court
