Court-Appointed Mediation (Florida Supreme Court Certified)

We serve as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in court-ordered and court-referred cases throughout Florida. The mediator serves as a neutral facilitator and does not provide legal advice, advocacy, or representation to any party. Cases are conducted in accordance with Florida court rules and procedures.

How Court Mediation Works

The court issues an Order of Referral to Mediation
A mediator is appointed or selected by the parties
Mediation is scheduled in compliance with court deadlines
The mediation session is conducted
A mediation report is filed with the court

What to Expect

All parties must attend mediation
Participants must have full authority to settle
The process is confidential under Florida law
Mediation is conducted in accordance with applicable court rules
Fees and scheduling may be governed by court order
